Identification & readiness
Have a current government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. Online notarization
How does online notarization work?
Request an appointment with Hancock Ink. We review your document, confirm eligibility, witnesses, time and final price, then send your private session link. You complete the required identity checks and meet your notary on a recorded video call to sign electronically. After a successful session, you receive the completed electronic document.
Can I use my phone, laptop or tablet?
Yes, with a compatible browser, working camera and microphone, and reliable internet. Keep your device charged and your accepted photo ID ready.
What identification do I need?
A current government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. Confirm acceptance with us before your session. Online verification includes presenting the ID, credential analysis and identity proofing — an ID alone is not enough. Do not upload your ID or Social Security number to this website.
Can every document be notarized online?
No. Document eligibility, witness requirements and the receiving organization’s acceptance must be checked first. Real estate documents may need lender or title approval. Wills, trusts and powers of attorney may need special review. If you’re unsure, request a quote and tell us who will receive the document.
Do I have to be in Florida?
Not necessarily. Eligible signers may be outside Florida while the Florida notary remains physically in Florida. Tell us where each signer will be during the session; we confirm eligibility before booking, and you should confirm acceptance with the receiving organization.

Do you have a walk-in office?
No — services are by appointment only. We offer mobile appointments in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, subject to availability and travel pricing. Call or text 954-612-3065 before arranging a visit.
Can you visit a hospital, nursing facility or jail?
Yes, with advance coordination. Tell us the facility, the signer’s situation, access requirements and document type. Identification, willingness to sign and any witness needs must be confirmed before the visit.
Documents & witnesses
Should I sign my document before the appointment?
No — for online notarization, wait for your notary’s instructions. For in-person appointments, ask us first; requirements depend on the notarial act. Bring the complete document, not just the signature page.
Can you provide witnesses?
Witnesses may be arranged for $25 per witness, subject to availability and the document’s requirements. You may also supply your own eligible witnesses. Tell us about witness requirements before the appointment.
Booking & payment
How much does it cost?
General online notarization starts at $50 for one signer and one notarial act, including platform and appointment support. General mobile service starts at $75. Each additional signer adds $10 and each additional notarial stamp beyond the included allowance adds $10. Signing packages include up to two signers and six notarial acts. The displayed total is a starting estimate; we confirm any additional charges before you agree to the appointment.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. After confirming your service and final price, we send a secure Stripe payment link. Submitting a request form does not charge your card.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Submitting sends a request. We review the document and preferred time, then contact you to confirm availability, eligibility and the final price.
