Last updated: October 31, 2026

Hancock Ink LLC (“Hancock Ink,” “we,” “us”) provides remote online and mobile notary services in Florida. This policy explains how we handle information you submit through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking, quote or partner request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, location, preferred appointment time, document type, number of signers, and any document you choose to attach for review.

Please do not upload identification documents, Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through this website. Identity verification for online notarizations is completed through the remote online notarization platform during your session.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, confirm eligibility, availability and pricing, schedule and complete your appointment, send payment links, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

How it is shared

Form submissions are delivered to Hancock Ink through our website host’s form service and email. Online notarization sessions are conducted on third-party remote online notarization platforms, and card payments are processed by Stripe; each handles information under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law, including Florida notary recordkeeping requirements.

Retention

We keep request information only as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal, accounting and notarial record requirements. Documents sent only for a quote are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal record-keeping obligations, by contacting us at 954-612-3065 or shamirtevane@outlook.com.
